PROGRAM CANCELLATION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE IS 100% REFUNDABLE LESS 3% PROCESSING FEE for non-certification courses and if the first video lesson of a certification course has not been completed. Purchase is non-refundable once the first video lesson of a certification course has been completed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR IN PERSON COURSES

CANCELLATION MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED COURSE: 100% of paid fee less 3% processing fee will be refunded.

60 DAYS TO 14 DAYS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED COURSE DATE: 50% of the paid fee less 3% processing fee will be refunded.

14 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED COURSE: Paid fee is non-refundable.  The client may substitute participants up to 14 days in advance of the course.
