This course begins for your team with a kick-off meeting. The team will then have 6 months to complete their Innovation Engineering Blue Belt Certification. Each team member will receive digital feedback and guidance throughout the entire 6 months from a certified Eureka! Ranch Innovation Coach along with the bi-weekly online team meetups.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Video Lessons: The team will learn new skills through video lessons. There are 12 new skills within this course and each will be introduced with a collection of 2-4 short videos.
- Hands-on Labs: After watching the videos, the team can practice each new skill by completing 1-2 lab assignments. Once submitted, they'll receive one-on-one feedback from an instructor on their work. In most cases, when they submit a lab assignment, their instructor will coach them on how to improve or adjust their work before passing it.
- Real-World Application: Finally, to conclude this course and achieve certification, the team will walk through a step-by-step application project where they apply their new skills to something meaningful to your team and/or company.
