The People System that turns What's Next into What's Real.
A complete innovation and transformation business methodology: development, improvement, problem solving.
$20 billion in operational and growth innovations validated in the real world. $18 million in R&D across digital tools, human work systems, and cycles of learning to validate what works.

Why AI and innovation have to move together.
For 40 years, helping organizations transform themselves by creating a culture where What's Next becomes What's Real, not just for big innovations, but in the everyday systems that determine how work gets done.
AI and data systems built to hold up under real operating constraints, not lab conditions. This isn't new to us either, SALIX has been building AI and data systems since long before it became a boardroom buzzword.
Three stages of AI maturity.
Where you sit on the map, and what each stage looks like in practice.
- Licenses bought across the team
- People experimenting individually
- No plan and no roadmap
- No measurement of impact
- No real training on how it's used
- Value still scattered, not captured
- Training has actually happened
- You've stood up a committee
- Initiatives are underway
- A few things are saving money
- Momentum is real and visible
- You're ahead of most organizations
- Legacy workflows redesigned end to end
- AI embedded in how the work gets done
- New products, services, and revenue streams
- New business possibilities on the table
- Full engagement across teams
- Ideas come from the work, not just leadership
Where are you today?
Problems that prevent transformation.
The leaders in AI meet the leaders in Innovation.
So your organization is ready for radical transformation.
1 : Train and Coach
AI & Innovation Training
Day-long training to equip an individual or team with a working framework for applying AI and innovation across your organization. Shaped to what you need: applied problem-solving with AI built in, or systems fundamentals first, understanding what's producing your current results before AI touches it.
Two tracks to pick from:
- Problem-Solving: identifying problems, creating novel solutions, communicating the solution clearly, testing and learning.
- Systems Improvement: system mapping (aim, stakeholders, metrics, steps), variation, psychology, and where and how to improve.
+ Applied Coaching
Reinforcement. To make the behavior change stick, the training is followed by three coaching sessions.
- Individual coaching (recommended for managers)
- Group coaching (recommended for staff levels)
2 : Strategize & Align
AI Opportunity Identification
Audit and recommendation. We review your current business processes, culture, and AI proficiency to identify quick wins, improvement possibilities, and opportunities for innovation with AI.
- Interviews with key leaders
- Reviews of current key processes
- Identifying where and when AI is used today
- A look at engagement data from staff
Interviews run as a diagonal slice: leadership, managers, and process owners, weighted toward middle management.
+ AI Leadership Strategy
Alignment. Step your leadership team away from day-to-day operations for a 1.5-day leadership intensive to reimagine the business around what's coming, AI, robotics, quantum, and beyond. Leaders leave with a crystallized vision and a timeline to make it real.
- Day 1: creative sessions, thinking broadly, then narrowing to strategies the team is genuinely excited about.
- Day 2 (morning): review and prioritize the top strategies, attaching metrics, expectations, and timelines to each.
3 : Invent & Build
Truly Innovative AI-Enabled Solutions
Engagement. Organizations engage us to develop genuinely innovative solutions around a core problem or opportunity, custom to what they're facing.
- Identify the specific opportunity or problem to tackle
- Immerse in the current system: internal interviews to understand constraints, opportunities, and realities
- Gather external stimulus: what's possible, what's already being done elsewhere
- Assemble a diverse team: client staff, Eureka! Innovators, and SALIX AI expertise at the table
- Run a 1–3 day sprint to invent solutions, with regular feedback, rough prototypes, and rough math along the way
+ Accelerated Development
90-day validated business case. We start with a risk assessment on the concept before any build begins, then iterate the concept and overcome that risk while building the business case in parallel.
- Validating need
- Validating tech requirements, data sets, and build needs
- Running a rough P&L
- Anticipating scale risks and creating mitigation plans
- Identifying development risks after pilot
Innovation Case studies.
