Sales Forecasts for Early-Stage New Products and Services
Validated by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the Business Simulation model predicts the value of an innovation by incorporating over 100 factors proven to impact marketplace success.
Innovation Life Cycle Sales Forecasting for Early-Stage New Products and Services
Developed a strategic planning tool for managers, combining the Fourt-Woodlock trial and repeat model with a Bass Diffusion Model to forecast the entire lifecycle of an innovation. This tool aids in decision-making by providing insights into different levels of marketing support.
New Product Word of Mouth Consumer Research
Developed model that utilizes consumer research surveys to predict the success odds of an offering, its potential for generating word of mouth, and the impact on the product’s diffusion and lifecycle.
Innovation ROI
Lead a team commissioned by the Innovation Research Institute on a 2-year study on Innovation ROI. Created the ROI Simulation Forecast, a tool that deconstructs innovation pipelines and models investments, timing, and returns. This aids in strategic decision-making for investing in company innovation initiatives, utilizing benchmarking data for more accurate modeling.
