Frequently, certified Innovation Engineering practitioners have shared that their daily use of skills feels effortless. However, when revisiting training for a skill “refresh,” they often rediscover tools and abilities that were once forgotten but prove beneficial for their continued progress. Research emphasizes the significance of repetition and reeducation in retaining information and keeping our skills sharp. As a result, we are extending an invitation to the March 2024 in-person mastery course to individuals who have previously participated in Mastery, attended Innovation College, or hold certification as an Innovation Engineering Black Belt.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Video Cycles in advance of class introduce the 48 skills covered during this class. These videos are not required but will help give you a refresher on the content. Each one lasts on average about 7 minutes and let’s not forget those no-stress quizzes.
- Lab Cycles you will attend 3 in-class days where you will practice your Innovation Engineering skills to bring what you know to life. You will complete and submit your work and receive grading and coaching on each assignment during your time in class.

- Does this program include certification if I never finished my Black Belt? No, if you would like to complete your certification you will need to enroll in IE Mastery + Black Belt Certification which includes the video, lab, and application cycles for $9,000. This $3,000 program fee only covers the videos and labs cycles completed during the 3 day session.
- Are there prerequisites for enrolling? Yes, you must have attended the Mastery Course or Innovation College in the past at a minimum. If you are unsure if you qualify email Corie@EurekaRanch.com to find out.
