While we do work all over the world, our headquarters is in Cincinnati, Ohio USA. The Eureka! Ranch headquarters building is a custom-built facility designed specifically as a “safe haven for creative thinking.” Constructed in 1999 in Newtown, Ohio (a suburb of Cincinnati), it serves as a dedicated think-tank environment meant to pull corporate teams out of their everyday mindsets to stimulate unique ideas. It hosts inventing sessions and innovation classes.
The Eureka! Room is a versatile, central meeting space bathed in natural light, engineered to accommodate both large groups and small teams for intensive ideation and strategy sessions. The lake loop is 1.4 miles, which clients walk after meals during inventing and training sessions.

Right at the Eureka! Ranch, visitors will also find Brain Brew Custom Whiskey, the luxury spirits arm born directly out of the ranch’s innovative think tank. Founded by Eureka! Ranch creator Doug Hall, this distillery blends the art of whiskey making with cutting-edge wood finishing science. Visitors can look forward to exploring award-winning bottles like Dexter Three Wood, and even using a digital “Bourbon Wizard” system to blend and bottle a custom bourbon tailored precisely to your own personal palate.
