With a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on coaching, she has worked with organizations spanning Fortune 500 giants to mission-driven nonprofits, guiding them to adopt new ways of thinking, working, and solving problems.
Her impact spans industries, having worked with Cintas, Tempur Sealy International, and The Edrington Group, as well as AMIG, Public Radio International, Teach for America, and The Student Conservation Association. Whether helping corporate leaders accelerate breakthrough ideas or empowering social impact organizations to rethink their approach, Corie brings deep expertise, energy, and a relentless focus on results to every engagement.
A graduate of DePauw University, Corie’s career path has been as diverse as the organizations she supports. Before immersing herself in the world of innovation, she worked with a US Congressman, honing her skills in policy, leadership, and organizational strategy.
Beyond coaching, Corie has graded and evaluated hundreds of innovation leaders as they practice and refine their skills, ensuring they not only learn innovation theory but can apply it in real-world, high-stakes situations.
