The Innovation Engineering Commercialization Coaching program is designed to help companies accelerate the development and implementation of ideas.   It is modelled after the W. Edward Demming Cycle of Plan-Do-Study-Act, 7-day rapid cycles of learning that help you "get smarter" about your idea.
